All projects are managed laterally, thereby allowing the entire team to input its knowledge, creative talents, ideas and expressions. The JSA teams are capable of producing an array of construction designs from project pre-planning to construction.
Our studio structure is well-organized with weekly production meetings, overall project scheduling, follow-up and centralized email. At the center of this effort is key administrative staff to support project and office needs, which allows the design and project management teams to be more focused. The computer is utilized as a communication, production, and design tool. Designers are able to study material, color, and spatial issues by providing 3D walkthroughs of any project. This allows complicated details to be worked out prior to construction and provides clients the opportunity to visualize the completed project. JSA staff is trained to keep up with the ever-changing computer world and all its work is produced utilizing the latest version of Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
